Information from the State Register of Real Rights

The information on existing titles to immovable property and details for each real estate object

The data on real estate titles is obtained from the State Register of Rights, which is also called the register of property rights, the register of real estate of Ukraine or the state register of real estate.

A report can be obtained upon request, by TIN/USREOU of the subject, or by the number of the real estate object.

A request by TIN/USREOU of the subject will give you:
List of the immovable property object:
Number of the object, description of the object (real estate address or cadastral number of land zoning)
A request by number of the object will give you:
Block of information on the immovable property object.

Object registration data,
Location of the object,
General description of the object.

Block of information on ownership rights

Description of ownership rights,
Origin of ownership rights,
List of owners.

Block of information on encumbrances

Encumbrance registration data,
Origin of encumbrances,
Information on encumbrance parties.

Block of information on mortgage obligations

Mortgage registration data,
Description of mortgage obligations,

When will it be useful?
  • Checking the title for an apartment, house or other immovable property, will allow for assessing the possibilities of the loan collateral.
  • The ability to view a person’s existing property, will allow for assessing the solvency of a borrower without a credit history.
  • Finding out the property of a person will also be useful for comprehensive assessment of the borrower, when agreeing on a loan or credit limit.

Information on real rights that were registered before 2004, may be missing from the register.

Report processing

After the Agreement-Application has been signed, and login and password have been obtained, a report can be requested through:

WEB
This method enables the manual processing of requests. To request a report, it is enough to specify the customer’s Tax Identification Number as well as USREOU.
XML
This method of reporting enables the automated processing of requests, and provides reports in the format of your choice.
