The Ukrainian Bureau of Credit Histories together with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) has developed a the educational series intended to raise awareness of credit history and its impact on financial opportunities among Ukrainians.
The educational series provides an opportunity to better understand the lending process and the consequences of non-payments of loans. The main focus is on credit history and its impact on the ability to use credit funds and available lending terms.
The educational series participants will learn how a credit history is developed, how it is used by credit organizations when considering loan applications, and how to improve their credit history.
Understanding the impact and logic of credit history development will help to avoid problems getting loans and will help to increase people’s own financial opportunities in the future. The educational series provides the necessary knowledge and tools to be more self-sufficient and confident in financial decisions.
At the end of the educational series, you will take a test to assess your level of credit history awareness. Upon successful completion of the test, you will receive a certificate that can be added to your credit history. This certificate of the educational series completion can be an additional positive factor when a potential lender evaluates your credit history, and will also give you the opportunity to receive additional bonuses from the bureau and its partners.
