Incorporation Documents
of a Legal Entity

This report provides information about the company’s incorporation documents: company charter, amendments to the charter, ownership structure, as available in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, and Public Organizations (USR).

What does the report contain?
A list of incorporation documents specifying:

the type and name of the document, upload
date, file size, and file format (PDF, TIFF).

Scanned copies of documents

provided as separate files or as an archive.

Detailed ownership structure of the legal entity.

The request is made using the USREOU code of the legal entity.

When is this report useful?

Before starting cooperation with a new corporate client.

For legal support of M&A transactions or purchase and sale of corporate rights.

For analyzing ownership structure and business transparency.

When assessing risks in financial or B2B transactions.

Report processing

After signing the agreement and receiving access to the service, you can request the report as follows:

This method of obtaining the report allows you to automate requests to the bureau
and integrate the service into internal information systems. It is possible to receive either a
complete archive of documents or individual files extracted from the archive.
